Every single thing I ran away from, every single thing I thought I could avoid by ignorance, they all come flooding into my mind right when I'm trying to sleep. Whether it be inner psychological problems like lack of self-confidence, or outer physical problems like stress and worry about the upcoming collge year, all of it come and fill my mind.
All I want to know is this: if i face these problems head-on and conquer them, will I be granted a good night's sleep?
That's what happens with me too! =o
Sometimes at night, I'd just stare at my ceilings hoping for some sort of revelation to come at me and make the world seem like a figment of imagination xD
but in all good faith, the lesser i do that, the better >.>''
And I hope you can be released of those thoughts too, so you can enjoy a good night sleep. =/
